WashU Mindfulness Day
Mindfulness practices have existed for thousands of years, and have seen a newfound explosion of popularity in the 21st Century. Join us for a daylong exploration of modern and traditional mindfulness practices.
The inaugural WashU Mindfulness Day will feature a research symposium with multiple speakers, meditation groups, showcases from community partners and a keynote speech by Dr. Richard Davidson, the founder and director of the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
